REPORT OF COLONIAL, LAWRENCE, WEEK OF FEB. 20, 1911. John F. Adams, Critic. Ed. Todd - Cartoonist working with oil paints. His drawings are good but he tries to introduce a foreign air to act by affecting broken German which I have cut out. Made a fair opening act. 15 min. in two. Donovan and Arnold - singing and talking. It has been some time since I have seen any act here get the applause they did. Donovan seems to never grow old. 23 min. in one. Luiz Bros. - the armless man assisted by his brother and lay. The feats that this man does with his feet very remarkable.and makes a great novelty act. They carry their own setting which adds a very pretty surrounding for the act. Went very good. 14 min. full stage. Williams and Segal - novelty dancers, man and woman. A very neat dancing act which went very good. 10 min. in one. Mrs. Gardner Crane - in her farce "The Little Sunbeam" a very good farce, full of some very funny situations, with a good story running all the way through. Went good. 29 min. in one and a half. Own set. Kathleen Clifford - while Miss Clifford did not make a hit by any means, her work is very clever, but do not think that it is suitable to my class of patrons. 20 min. in two. Mlle. Morrisini's Dog and Pony Circus - a first class animal act which went very good. 15 min full stage. Motion Pictures. - O. K. Music Hall Pawtucket R. I. 3 DAYS MON.TUES & WED.
