33 B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE - BOSTON - APRIL 7th, 1913. (R. G. Larsen.) JACK DAKOTA TRIO. 9 minutes f.s. Special plush cyclorama. Sharpshooting experts. A very dressed, entertaining act with really good work. BROWN and NEWMAN. 13 minutes in one. Olio drop. Man and woman with considerable class, but not a very strong act. They did not do very well at number five this afternoon, and in this spot with a number eliminated, they got over in fair shape. THOMAS A. EDISON KINETOPHONE. 15 minutes special picture sheet in one. "The Worm Turns" and "The Master Mind." Both subjects held the interest. GALLAGHER and FIELDS. 15 minutes f.s. Special set. "The Battle of Bay Rum." Now cleaned up and one of the fastest and best laughing acts we have played in a long time. CHARLOTTE RAVENSCROFT. 11 minutes in one. O.P. Drapery. Violin, singing and recitation. Was almost an ideal act for this spot following Gallagher and Fields. BRADSHAW BROTHERS. 9 minutes f.s. Garden. A great comedy acrobatic and contortion act that had the audience laughing every minute. CHARLEY CASE. 16 minutes in one. Olio. With a lot of new material, got a reception when he came in, laughs all through, and closed strong. MASTER GABRIE and CO in "Little Kick." 25 minutes f.s. C.D.F. Dark tapestry. One of the best "repeats" we have had in a long time. A great holiday act for the kids this week. GERTRUDE VANDERBILT and GEORGE MOORE. 14 minutes in one. Garden. Going very big in this spot. GREAT DAIVIS DAMILY. 12 minutes f.s. Palace. Seven people, all good acrobats, with a lot of sensational material. A showy closing act. CUTS. Gallagher and Fields - "Don't go with that kind of fellows" in red shirt gag - "use to know Scappy." Brown and Newman - souse number and business of throwing spotlight in audience. Vanderbilt and Moore - singing to man in audience.
