B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE - BOSTON - WEEK MAY 26 - 1913. (R. G. Larsen.) KINETOPHONE. 14 minutes in one. "Mrs. Murphy's Horseshoe" and "After College Days." Two very good reels. THE TORLEYS. 9 minutes f.s. Garden. Man and woman in a fast bicycle act that opened the show in splendid shape. MARION GARSON. 11 minutes in one. O.P. Drapery. Sang three numbers, and filled the spot acceptably. BUTLER HAVILAND and ALICE THORNTON. 18 minutes f.s. Special set. Close in one. Olio. About the same act as they have always given us. Going well in this position. SEVEN BRACKS. 9 minutes f.s. Palace. The greatest rise act we have ever played. A tremendous hit at both performances to-day. MAYO and ALLMAN. 14 minutes in one. Garden. Two men, formerly of That Quartette, in popular songs. Their program is somewhat married by the tendency of one of them to hit "blue" notes, nut they filled this spot acceptably. MILTON POLLOCK and CO. in George Ade's "Speaking To Father." 20 minutes f.s. Office interior. A good comedy sketch that got a lot of laughs and closed well. VAN HOVEN: 18 minutes in one. Olio drop. Held this hard position in very good shape. Kept the audience laughing every minute, and closed strong. "NEPTUNE'S GARDEN OF LIVING STATUES." 19 minutes f.s. Special set. In its fourth week, and still drawing business. A couple of hand-balancers were put into the act to-day, and they proved quite a novelty. Held the interest of the audience all through, and closed strong. CUTS: Haviland and Thornton - relight gag - Don't thank me with reference to children - Five dollars for the hooray gag. Milton Pollock - expression "My God."
