100 B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE - BOSTON - WEEK OF JUNE 30 - 1913. (R. G. Larsen.) ALEXANDER BROTHERS. Ball bouncers. 9 minutes in three. Special plush cyclorama. A splendid novelty that made a great opener. GEORGETTE. 17 minutes in one. Olio. An unusually clever little girl, just turned sixteen, who sang four numbers, all well received. Would go better further down on a bill. HARVEY-DEVORA TRIO. 13 minutes in one. Garden. This well-known dancing act livened things up in great shape. MABELLE LEWIS and PAUL MCCARTHY. 14 minutes in three. Music room. Open and close in one. Olio. Doing about the same line of stuff as formerly offered by Puck & Lewis. Getting away with it in very good shape. ISMED, TURKISH WIZARD OF THE PIANO. 12 minutes f.s. Special cyclorama. Whoever put this man's act together is certainly a 'showman.' Ismed played three numbers, and as far as applause went, was the hit of the show. Closed very, very big. ALBERTA MOORE and MYRTLE YOUNG. 9 minutes in one. O.P. Drapery. Two girls of the Broadway "baby stare" type in a routine of songs and dances, with three changes of costume. A neat little act, and all that, but considering the amount of time they do and the brand of entertainment presented, they are certainly very much overpaid. EDWIN STEVENS assisted by TINA MARSHALL. 27 minutes f.s. C.D.F. Can close in one, four minutes. Mr Stevens always brings something new and good. This trip it is a musical travesty called "The Troubles of R and J," brimful of good bits, with several original songs. Got a reception, everything he did was strongly applauded, and closed big with the "Baby" song with the two dummies. MAUDE MULLER and ED STANLEY. 18 minutes in one. Street. The laughing hit of the show. Kept the audience in a continual roar, and closed strong with the operatic medley. "THE MEISTERSINGERS IN THE WILD WOODS." 27 minutes f.s. Special set. Second week of the engagement, with new soloists and five new members. Going bigger than on the first week. KINETOPHONE. 7 minutes in one. "Toreador" song from "Carmen." CUTS: Georgette - words "chicken" and "rotten." Harvey DeVora Trio - business of kicking dog and gag "Who is your father? - I should worry." Lewis and McCarthy - third verse of "Rolling down hill" song.
