CHASE'S EMPIRE. CLEVELAND, O. WEEK OF FEB. 23rd. WHITE & SIMMONS. In, "Get in de Band Wagon". These people have only been seen here once before and do very well. 20 minutes, in one. THE TWO TOBINS. A fair musical act. Whatever may be lacking in merit from a musical standpoint is made up for in appearance as the young women dress the act very neatly. Full stage, closing in one. 17 minutes. MANSFIELD & WILBUR. In, "61 Prospect Street". The act is full of humor situations and as presented by these clever players, is one of the best sketches seen here this season. 26 minutes, full stage. KELLY & VIOLETTE. A singing and [change] act that proved very popular. 13 minutes in one. FELIX & BARRY. In, "The Doings of Johnny Jones". This act was seen here less than a year ago but is still very well received. 25 minutes, full stage. ELFIE FAY. Her first two songs were rather tame but with her rendition of "The Belle of Avenue A", and her grimaces, she captured the audience. 10 minutes in one. HORACE GOLDIN & CO. Five people. Goldin is undoubtedly without a peer as an illusionist. He now does no talking in the act and this is probably the most noticeable improvement since he was last seen here. Carries his own set. 20 minutes, full stage. THE VITAGRAPH. Views of the Grand Durbar, Procession, Delhia, India. Very good.
