TEMPLE THEATER, DETROIT, MICH. Week Beginning March 16th. CLAN-JOHNSTONE TROUPE: Introducing Highland and characteristic dances and the famous bagpipe player, Albert Johnstone. This act is very pretty and well executed. Does not get the applause that it deseres. II minutes in II and 2 minutes in I. W. H. MURPHY & BLANCHE NICHOLS: Presenting the sketch "The Bifurcated Girl." An exceedingly funny abd original skit. It keeps our audiences in continuous laughter from the rise to the fall of the curtain. 23 minutes in 3. ADA ARNOLDSON: Vocalist. This artist has an unusually musical soprano voice. Goes big. II minutes in I. SAM LOCKHART'S ELEPHANTS: The greatest animal act extant. 23 minutes full stage. JOHNSON, DAVENPORT & LORELLO: "The football players and the farmer" is the way this trio of acrobats bill themselves. This is the first gymnastic act that I have ever seen the comdey of which was not painful. One member of this party is an excellent comedian. As acrobats they are at the top. I5 minutes full stage and 2 minutes in I. MARIE DRESSLER: This artist occupies the top round of artistic and vocal prominence. She is one of the greatest drawing cards in vaudeville. I0 minutes in II and 5 minutes in I. HALLEN & FULLER: Presenting the sketch entitled "Election Bets." As a dramatic vehicle this skit contains very little to recommend it. Were it not for the capable acting of Mr. Hallen and his partner it would not have caught on with our audiences the way that it has. I8 minutes full stage. GEORGE W. DAY: Black face comedian. One of the most original, clever and up-to-date artist appearing before the public. I6 minutes in I. CADIEUX: Bounding wire performer. He is an exceptionally finished performer and is pleasing our audiences immensely. He is worthy of a place on any bill. I0 minutes full stage.
