NEW YORK SHOW, WEEK OF JUNE 8th. -- 2.
MHR -- MC INTYRE & HEATH. -- Black faced comedians in a new act which they call "Dr. Lorenzobreakabones." It is a conglomeration of two or three old negro acts, but put together in the inimitable style in which these tow artists always present everything. I think it is about the strongest act they have ever given us. At any rate, I have been watching these people for the last fifteen years, and I never heard an audience laugh heartier than they did this afternoon. 32 minutes, full stage.
GHR. -- JORDAN & WELCH. -- Two men in a Hebrew comedy talking act. They had a very hard place in the bill, of course, following McIntyre & Heath, but they made good all right and got a lot of laughs/ 15 minutes in one.
YRR. -- TECHOW'S CATS. -- A novelty which is especially attractive to children and of interest to everybody. It is too well known to need extended comment. 15 minutes, full stage.
AR. -- THE VITAGRAPH. -- The feature of the exhibition this week is a series of views illustrating the nursery tale of "Jack and the Bean Stalk" which is very cleverly done and held the interest of the audience to the close. 20 minutes in one.
