LIDA MCMILLAN & CO.: Comedy sketch. 24 min. F.S. Plenty of laughs throughout. Good act. PITTSBURG. CARL DEMAREST: Novelty violinist, also dancing violinist. 9 min. in One. A big hit. INDIANAPOLIS. "A NIGHT ON A HOUSE BOAT": 25 min. F. S., own act. Good, but too long. NEW YORK. DOC O'NEIL: Monologue. 14 min. in One. A laugh from beginning to end. COLUMBUS. VIRGINIA WARNER & CO.: Sketch. 25 min. F. S. What has been said of this act in other reports can be applied here. A clever sketch, exceedingly well presented and well received. This is the Philadelphia version, and there is nothing in it to offend anyone in the slightest. ST. LOUIS MCCAY & CANTWELL: Comedy sketch. 17 min. in one. These boys are big favorites here, and are going as big as they ever did. Work very clever throughout. DETROIT. ISHAKAWA BROS: Four Naps - Hand equilibrists. 10 min. F. S.
