142 B. F. KEITH'S THEATRE, CINCINNATI, O. December 22d, 1912. LA VIER: Trapeze act. 5 min. F. S. Great act, very fast, full of thrills, five sensational minutes. Went big. LOUISVILLE. MURIEL & FRANCES: "Just two girls". 12 min. in One. Songs. Both girls full of life and vivacity, and certainly know how to put over their songs. One of the hits of the show. PITTSBURG. LES GOUGETS: Novelty musical act; man and woman. Open F. S. 9 min., close 3 min. in one. Have several new musical instrument stunts that hold interest. Went good. DAYTON, O. EDGAR ATCHISON ELY & CO.: Sketch entitled "Billy's Tombstones". 22 min. F. S., own set. Full of laughs throughout; went good. LOUISVILLE. ADELAIDE NORWOOD: Prima donna. 10 min. in One. Advance hand both Sunday performances, Madame Norwood being extremely popular here. She renders two classical selections, and concludes with "The Blue Danube" and "Come Back To Erin". Went big. OPEN NEXT WEEK. Present address - Havlin Hotel, Cin'ti. McINTYRE & HEATH: In "The Man From Montana". 36 min. F. S. A roaring scream from beginning to end. These comedians are making a much bigger hit in "The Man From Montana" than in any other sketch they have ever presented here, and should it continue to go as it did at both performances Sunday, it will be kept on the bill throughout the week. CHICAGO. OTA GYGI: Violinist. 13 min. in One. A wonderful artist. Went big. (Originally booked for Indianapolis next week, but Gygi states he has just been cancelled for next week) EDWARDS' NOVEL CIRCUS: 12 min. F. S., own drop. A hybrid zebra, sacred ox, pony, dog and trick mule. The work of the mule is the only noteworthy feature of the act - that is a scream, closing the show with a big roar. AKRON, O. PATHE'S WEEKLY: 13 min. REMARKS: A splendid show throughout, the only criticism being that there is a preponderance of musical acts. The Gougets, Adelaide Norwood and Ota Gygi are all inclined to the classical, and this gives us too much heavy music for one show. C. L. Doran.
