166 CHASE'S WASHINGTON, D.C. Week Jan. 13th., 1913. 14th. ANNIVERSARY WEEK LOUGHLIN'S COMEDY DOGS Some splendid work by these clever fox terriers on large balls and a revolving table. Lots of laughs and an act that could be played on almost any position on this bill. F.S. BERNIVICI BROS. Italian serenaders. Play operatic and popular selections on violins. The best part of their act is their handsome drop showing a scene in Venice. (1) (2) (1) Chas. REISNER AND Henrietta GORES We were more than delighted with the work of these two people. Their act is decidedly out of the beaten track. They sing, dance and talk and do them all in a novel manner. This man and woman could hold any spot on any bill and do themselves justice. Special drop in one. TRAVILLA BROS. AND SEAL Three young men and a very well trained seal in a novel diving act. They remain under water an extraordinarily long time, doing such things as eating a meal while submerged, etc. A fine act of its kind. F.S. INTERMISSION MORGAN, BAILEY AND MORGAN Two young men and a woman. Woman sings some, one man plays the piano and violin and the other plays the banjo. We would not care to repeat this act at half the money. F.S. CONROY and LE MAIRE "The New Physician" A very funny act, ludicrous situations and extremely well-done. The only criticism we have to make is that there are so many laughs that it would be well to shorten the act by about five minutes. The audience really becomes exhausted. (1) (2) KATHRYN KIDDER AND CO. "The Washerwoman Duchesss". A splendid play and excellently presented. The work of both Miss Kidder and her entire company is above the ordinary and we have nothing but praise for the offering. F.S. KINEMACOLOR Western drama in two reels-"A Girl Worth Having". Good film and held our people in pretty well.
