186 CHASE'S WASHINGTON, D.C. WEEK JANUARY 27th., 1913. RAMSDELL TRIO A man and two girls in a very dainty little dancing act. Several changes of costume. One of the girls also sings an English-French song. A splendid opener and could hold even a better position on the bill. F.S. AL & FANNIE STEDMAN "Piano-Capers". About the same act they gave us last year with a few changes. Their singing and dancing is good and the comedy had our people laughing all the time. In one. CHAS. MACK AND CO. "Come Back to Erin". Two men and two women. They talk, sing Irish songs, play the Irish pipes and do some of the old-time Irish dancing. They filled this position in a satisfactory manner and seemed to be well-appreciated. F.S. Spec. set. INTERMISSION JUNGMANN FAMILY The best wire act we have ever played. Some of the work of the three men and three women is phenomenal and there is a lot of good comedy. A credit to any bill. F.S. FRANK FOGARTY "The Dublin Minstrel". One of the very best of Irish raconteurs. Most of his stories are new and they are delivered in an inimitable manner. He also received quite a hand on his serio-comic recitations. In one. PERCY HASWELL AND CO. In the Elizabethan comedy, "Master Will's Players". This is an unusual act and unusually well done. The working in of two scenes from Shakespeare's comedies, "As You Like It" and "The Taming of the Shrew" gives Miss Haswell a fine opportunity to show her ability in Shakespearean roles and she does herself justice. She has adequate support, too, and we can recommend the act highly. F. S. Spec. set. KINEMACOLOR PHOTO-PLAY In the tense drama, "The Husband's Story". A very good two-reel film that proves very interesting to our people.
