REPORT Scenic Theatre Pawtucket R. I. 3 days Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday April 8--9--10 David R. Buffinton THE PROSIT TRIO Comedy Acrobats, 3 men, comedy is good, acrobat work fairly good, nothing out of the ordinary, Special set interior of circus tent, 10 minutes full stage, just got fair hand. CLINTON and NOLAN Singing and talking sketch "The African Dodger" special drop in one representing a street in Coney Island. The black face man of the team puts his head in hole and young man in audience throws base balls at him. Singing and talking good. 15 minutes, act made a hit. Went big. VENETIAN FOUR Musical act, 4 men, open in one as Italian street musicians, violin, go in to full stage special drops palace interior, harp and violins, nicely dressed, two changes, popular and classical selections, music fine, 18 minutes, Went big. SWAT MULLIGAN Comedy sketch, 4 people, Base Ball sketch with plenty of noise, comedy is good and plenty of ginger in the peoples work. Special set of scenery, full stage, 15 minutes. Went well but did not seem to go as good as the headline act for the week should go. GUS EDWARDS NEW COUNTRY KIDS Miniature Musical Comedy 10 peopel, 5 men and 5 women. Comedy is good and all the musical numbers very good, special set of scenery, some pretty good dancing. 30 minutes Did not go big, but pleased and got a good hand, a good many people remember the act from seeing it at Music Hall earlier in the season. THOR Musical Artist, Banjo and Xylophone, popular and Classical selections, evening dress, 12 minutes in one, went very good. SWAT MULLIGAN Base Ball comedy sketch, all week, just going fair, they dont seem to care for it.
