BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I. REPORT OF SHOW DECEMBER 15, 1913. WILSON & AUBREY. Two men. Comedy bar and burlesque wrestling act. 9 minutes full stage. Good act. Burlesque wrestling gets roars of laughter. Applause slight. BURKE & BURKE. One woman, one man. Comedy singing, talking and dancing. 18 minutes. C. D. F. Fair act. Got absolutely nothing in the way of applause. THE GARDINER TRIO. Two women, one man. 10 minutes full stage. Good act, yet nothing out of the ordinary and certainly not strong enough for a feature act in this town, as our audiences do not take kindly to this form of entertainment. Act got little applause. W. E. Parmenter MANAGER. BIJOU THREATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I. REPORT OF SHOW DECEMBER 18, 1913. HASKELL SISTERS. Singing and dancing, 10 minutes in (1). Fair act. Got nothing on matinee, went fair on first show in the evening but dropped off to practically nothing again on second show. PARILO & FARABITA. Singing and musical, 12 minutes in (1). Two men. Tremendous applause; recalled again and again and deservingly so, for it is a particularly good act. NAT NAZARRO & COMPANY. Acrobatic, 10 minutes full stage. Four men. Best thing of its kind ever seen here, although this town is not much on acrobatic acts they woke up at this one and gave a good hand on every trick done. Best reception ever given to an act of this kind. W. E. Parmenter Manager.
