Two men and attractive girl, in "Three In One" by Elsie Janis. Skit comprising fair talk, singing and dancing. Miss Boland resembles Miss Janis and shows to good advantage in two changes. The act goes along at good speed and gets a fair hand. NORTON & NICHOLSON 20 min. in 2-1/2 - "A Dramatic Cartoon" A gross comedy depicting the homelife of a young married couple who both work in a department store and do light housekeeping in one room. The act gets quite a lot of laughs and some applause at finish. LEWIS & DODY 17 min. in one. 2 men. Funny dialogue, good original songs and parodies, and character dancing. Closed big. ADELAIDE & J. J. HUGHES 30 min. F.S. Two beautiful sets. Descriptive dancing in two parts "Teasing" and "The Spark Of Life", the latter especially elaborate. This act charmed the audience and received a big hand. INTERMISSION: MADGE TERRY 20 min. F.S. "Words Without Song". Novel arrangement of four original recitations accompanied with appropriate music, costumes and scenery. Considerable comedy in her last number "Let Me Skate". A pretty and artistic act. Gets a good hand, but not appreciated to the extent that it deserves. RYAN & LEE 18 min. in one - "You've Spoiled It". A comedy skit of bright and funny lines interpolating a song and clever dancing. The personality of this couple very pleasing and they get their stuff over in great shape. This act a hit. LES JONLEYS 9 min. F.S. Sensational equilibrists. A hit. Pathe Weekly: Interesting pictures with good comedy features. Cuts: Harris - Boland & Holtz "Story of modern dances - all right if he marries the girl"; and business of looking under girls hoop skirt. Norton & Nicholson: "My God your a pretty man & accompanying kiss" and word "pukiefied"
