183 WASHINGTON SHOW R. S. Robbins March 16, 1914 Sansone & Delila 8 min. F.S. Man assisted by woman, does unusual and difficult balancing feats. Good opening act and goes well. REISNER & GORES 17 min. in one. Special drop. Man and attractive soubrette wearing good clothes. Talk, singing and dancing. Reisner's rather ordinary comedy, got some laughs, but the merit of the act is Miss Gores and her dancing. Goes only fair in this spot. MILTON POLLOCK & Company "Speaking to Father" by George Ade. This sketch is very clever, with lines provoking continuous laughter. Would score heavily if better acted. Goes pretty good. 16 min. F.S. LEONA STEPHENS 15 min. in one. Flush curtain. Songs in character costume with novelty of moving pictures showing Miss Stephens making her changes. The artist works hard and is clever, but the act goes only fairly well. JOS. E. HOWRD & MABEL MCCANE 33 min. F.S. closing in one. This act scored a big hit. Miss McCane's charm and her many beautiful costumes, chiefly responsible, tho Joe Howard, his pretty songs, and the comedy were big features. INTERMISSION KLUTING'S ENTERTAINERS 17 min. F.S. Special handsome plush set. Artistic act of trained dogs, cats, rabbits and doves. Scored heavily. ED. WYNN & CO. "The King's Jester" - 17 min. in one. Wynn had the audience laughing continuously and Lauder than any act playing here this season. He was ably assisted by his support. A big hit. "ACARDIA" 22 min. F.S. beautiful special set. A comedy of eleven - seven men and four women in a mixture of song, dancing and instrumental music in an Al Fresco production. The principals especially adept in their particular lines made individual hits, and the whole act scored heavily. PATHE WEEKLY Good pictures
