Two men and four girls. 15 minutes in one, and the audience, all the work being done in the house, save the finish which is on the stage. Singing, talking and steps in the aisles. Went fair only. SCENIC TEMPLE, PAWTUCKET RHODE ISLAND CLADYS CORRELL 10 minutes in one. Singing and changes, with new dance for finish, using one of the stage-hands as a dancing-partner. Hit. Ishikawa Troupe. Four Japanese Men. 10 minutes in full stage, using own apparatus. Hand-balancing, walking on hands, and equilibrists. Went very good. Carl Henry and Nellie Francis. Man and woman. 15 minutes in olio. Singing, comedy talking and a very funny dance, by the man. Went very good. George N. Brown and Co. Man and assistant, Mr. Peter Golden, of six-day walking-races fame. Mr Brown and Mr Golden compete in a handicap race, Mr. Golden being given a handicap of one-tenth of the mile that they walk. The walking is done on a novel, registering treadmill which tells the distance covered to fortieths of a mile. The act is different from any we have ever played, and it arouses much enthusiasm, the finish of the race being very exciting, the contestants finishing very close together, MR. BROWN winning most of the time, but not always. 10 minutes in neat special set in full stage. Went very good at all shows.
