REPORT on BOSTON SHOW for WEEK of MAY 17 - 1915. (R. G. Larsen.) MOTION PICTURES OF THE BOSTON HIGH SCHOOL CREWS 14 minutes in one. Picture sheet. This is a special local picture of the high school boys of Greater Boston, whose crews compete on the Charles river this week for a trophy offered by Mr. Keith. An interesting local feature. BOOTH and LEANDER 13 minutes f.s. Garden. A very good bicycle act with some splendid comedy. A great opener. HARRY and EVA PUCK 17 minutes in one and two. Olio and Palace Drops. Started off a bit slow, but worked up to a good finish. All right in this position. MORAN and WISER 16 minutes f.s. Wood. Hat jugglers. A great act of its kind. Full of novelty and plenty of good comedy. A hit. LEW and MOLLIE HUNTING 15 minutes in one. O.P. Drapery. Same act they have given us before, without a change of any kind. Going about as well as previously. TAMEO KAJIYAMA 18 minutes in one. Special Drop. This Jap has made quite a number of changes and improvements in his handwriting stunts since he played Boston before. Held the interest every minute. Closed strong. WARD BROTHERS 19 minutes in one. Street. Have some new material. A hit. CAROLINA WHITE 16 minutes f.s. C.D.F. Miss white is a Boston girl, and has sung here at the Opera House. Received a big hand at both performances, and her act went very well indeed. Has a good programme and a beautiful voice. WILL ROGERS 17 minutes in one. Garden Drop. Rogers walked out after Miss White had scored a big hit, and simply walked away with the show, He kept the audience laughing every minute, and his lariat twirling got a big hand. FIVE NIGHTONS 8 minutes f.s. Special Drop. A very pretty balancing act, with four men and one woman in white costumes. A good closer.
