BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R? I. REPORT OF SHOW MONDAY, AUGUST 30, 1915. MILLICENT DORIS: SINGING COMEDIENNE, 10 MINUTES (1) Fair act, the opening numbers being devoid of any very great merit. But her closing number is a good bit of comedy and successfully ressurects the act from its weak and common-place opening. CLAUDE GOLDEN: CARD MANIPULATOR, 20 MINUTES (1) Very good act, performing an excellent routine of tricks in a very clever manner, making the best act of its kind yet seen here. GALLERINI FOUR: MUSICAL, 20 MINUTES C. D. F. Good act, their varied program of selections on a wide variety of instruments proves them to be musicians of exceptional skill, and the act went well at all performances. [W. E. Parmenter?] Manager. BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I. REPORT OF SHOW MONDAY SEPT. 6, 1915. SILVERTON GIRLS: WIRE ACT, 8 MINUTES FULL STAGE. Good act, performing an excellent routine of interesting and difficult tricks, to good applause. JOE TOWLE: PIANO OFFERING, 15 MINUTES (1) Fair act; gets a few laughs with his comedy talk, but his work at the piano makes no great impression. MIDDLETON & SPELLMEYER: COMEDY SKIT, 17 MINUTES (1) DROP. Good act, the dialogue being bright and sparkling and produces much laughter. Man has one song given in a voice of good quality. Scenic equipment makes an attractive display. [W. E. Parmenter?] Manager.
