BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R.I. REPORT OF SHOW MONDAY, NOV. 22, 1915. INTERNATIONAL FOUR: VOCALISTS AND INSTRUMENTALISTS, 13 MIN. (1). Some very capable instrumental selections, combined with vocal renditions passably fair make an act that was fairly well received. BERNARD AND MYERS: SONG AND COMEDY, LADY AND MAN, 17 MIN. (1). Very good act, the comedy is new and of the laugh-compelling variety, and the act was a big laughing hit. The singing of the lady is very capably done. RICHARDS: FEMALE IMPERSONATOR, 9 MIN. FULL STAGE, SPECIAL SET. A wealth of beautiful colors and light make a very pretty spectacle, and he is clever as a toe-dancer. The act is no better than many another of a similar nature, but it is all done by a man, and so the novelty of it all makes for whatever success the offering receives. [W. E. Parmenter?] BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R.I. REPORT OF SHOW, MONDAY, NOV. 29, 1915. KOSTER: AERIALIST, 6 MIN. FULL STAGE. Good act, displaying a new routine of feats, with a denouement rather startling quite unlike anything yet seen in turns of this nature. TED AND CORRINE BRETON: COMEDY SKIT, LADY AND MAN, 18 MIN. SPEC. DROP. A good variety of material nicely handled keeps the laughs very frequent throughout, and makes a good comedy offering. WM. WESTON & CO. MUSICAL, 8 PEOPLE, (3 LADIES, 5 M3N), 18 MIN. FULL STAGE, SPEC. SET. Not so good an act as their previous offering here, yet the comedy scored to please, and the various musical selections on very peculiar instruments were very well received. [W. E. Parmenter?].
