REPORT ON SHOW PLAYING THE SCENIC THEATRE PAWTUCKET R.I. OCT. 1, 2, 3, 1917. Joe Barton Works in full stage 12 Min. Eccentric Cyclist. Went Good. Hallen & Gess Man and woman in one 12 Min. Comedy singing and talking. Went Fair. The Ladies Club Five women in full stage 17 Min. A Singing offering which shows very little mirit. One of the women has a fair voice while the rest would make good barkers for a side show. Went Poor. Charles Morati Jack Tate and grace Merati Work in special set A very foolish offering with no scense at all with a little singing and some old gags which make this act a very poor act to close or feature. A Very poor opening and a very poor finish. Went Poor. One Of The Poorest shows we have played in years. BIJOU THEATRE, WOONSOCKET, R. I., Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, October 1, 2 and 3. GALLERINI SISTERS--- Versatile Musical Entertainers--play piano, accordeon, violin and cornet; dressed very neat; 12 min. in one; went good. ELLIOTT & WEST--- "The Booze Fighter"--two men; comedy singing and dancing, and talking act. very neat "drunks" in evening clothes. 10 min. in one; Went poor. MAKERS OF HISTORY--- "A Gorgeous Patriotic Spectacle"--A Posing Act presenting Edison, Lafayette, Roosevelt, Jefferson, McKinley, Washington, Dewey, Lincoln, Grant, and Wilson. 10 min. full stage; went good.
