SHOW PLAYING AT KEITH'S THEATRE PROVIDENCE? WEEK OF OCT, 8, 1917. We have an unusually good bill this week; every act on the program scoring particularly well. CHARLES LOVENBERG, Manager. SEABURY & SHAW: An exceptional dancing act with some extraordinary work by the man; 7 minutes; short opening in one. Close F.S. MOORE & GERLAD: Two men in a variety act combining a little of everything; made quite a hit. 11 minutes in one. MR. & MRS. WIDE: Exceptionally clever shadowgraphists; 14 minutes F.S. LINTON & LAWRENCE: Five minutes of these peoples' act is new; the remainder is the same they have done for the last several years. 16 minutes in one. CHARLES GRAPEWIN & CO; In sketch "Poughkeepsie", secured plenty of laughs. 20 minutes in one. FRANK CRUMMIT: Made his usual hit; 15 minutes in one. LUCILE CAVANAUGH & CO: The most beautiful act of this kind we have ever played; and unqualified hit. 23 minutes F.S. JIMMY LUCAS & CO: This well known act scored a tremendous hit in a comedy way. 18 minutes in one. MOTION PICTURES: "The Retreat of the Germans" in the battle of "Arras". CUTS Jimmy Lucas omit the using of the name of the manager of the theatre also the word "hell"/Charles Grapewin, arranged in advance to have him omit the word "hell" also requested to removed the card, advertising the CHEVROLET Automobiles, from his suitcase.
