On Saturday, October 23, from 8 to 9 p.m., the Center for New Performing Arts will present a Midway performance at the Museum of Art consisting of a number of interdisciplinary works which will occur simultaneously in different places throughout the Museum. These will range from Bodyworks, to events derived from the I-Ching to video-sculpture, to environmental music, to color quantized television, dance pieces, synaesthetic activities and other things. This will be another of the continuing CNPA performances in the Art Museum, a highlight of this series being the Robert Wilson theatre/environmental event last year, and will be the first time a number of recent intermedia concepts will have been presented in Iowa City.
