38 >> STUDENT HANDBOOK must have official chaperons whose names and addresses must be listed when the function is registered. Chaperons requirements are: a. Head of residence and housemother are the official chaperons for functions held in group residences. b. Functions held outside group residences require two non-student married couples as chaperons, one of whom must be from the University faculty or administrative staff. No students, graduate or professional students, or interns will be approved as chaperons.
