RALLY TO ABOLISH R.O.T.C. FRIDAY, APRIL 24. OLD CAPITOL. 12:30 p.m. CONTINUE LAS SATURDAY'S ACTION AT THE RECREATION CENTER The climax of the rally will involve a march on President Boyd's office to present the following demands. (Bring this copy when you come friday.) ABOLISH ROTC -- JOIN THE TOUR OF WILLARD BOYD'S OFFICE! The next meeting of the Coalition to Abolish ROTC will be Tuesday, April 28, at 7:00PM in the Harvard Room of the Union. We will discuss the plan strategy for the May 1, Governor's Day and War Game Activities. Everyone Come! President Boyd: we demand the following: 1) that the ROTC program at the University of Iowa be abolished immediately 2) that no disciplinary action would be taken against the students involved in the anti-ROTC demonstration on April 18 3) that the probations and suspensions of students involved in the demonstration against the Department of Labor be revoked We refuse to recognize the validity of the rubber-stamp committee which is presently considering the issue of ROTC on campus.
