[[Image]] [[Text below image]] UNITED NEGRO COLLEGE FORUM - Reports on the success of community self-surveys in race relations were made at the third session of the United Negro College Forum held the other day in New York by, (left to right) Genevieve F. Steefel, a member of the Minneapolis Mayor's Council on Human Relations and a volunteer in the recent self-survey made in that city; Dr. Herman H. Long, director of the Race Relations department at Fisk University, and Mrs. Dorothy Schramm of Burlington, former chairman of the Burlington City Planning Commission.
