Human Relations Will Be Discussed Experience and success of a Self-Survey in Minneapolis will be discussed at a public meeting Monday at 8 p.m. in First Evangelical & Reformed church. The meeting will be for citizens interested in conducting a Self-Survey in Burlington. Principal speaker will be Frank W. Fager, executive secretary of the Minneapolis Mayor's Council on Human Relations. Formerly an instructor in economics and social science at University of Minnesota, Fager was one of the directors of a Self Survey in Minneapolis. He received his BA degree in political science and economics from Coe college, Cedar Rapids. He holds an MA degree in public administration from University of Minnesota. His wife is the former Vera Lippert of Cedar Rapids.
