STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS AT SUMMER REGISTRATION

The Office of Student Affairs announces that student organizations will again be permitted to use space in the concourse area at Summer Registration (Monday, June 16). All recognized student organizations are eligible except for individual living units (i.e., sororities, fraternities and residence halls). All governing bodies are eligible.

Please give the name, address and phone number of some person in your organization to whom information can be sent during the interim period between spring and summer session regarding set-up times and regulations regarding use of the concourse area.

The application for request of space is included below. The deadline for returning this application is Tuesday, June 3. After that date, space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Questions should be directed to Mr. Paul Dowdy, Activities Adviser, at 353-5761.
