ORGANIZATIONS NEW "REQUIRED" TO HAVE OFFICERS

The revised Code provides that each recognized student organization shall "identify at least two and no more than four principal representatives." This requirement guarantees that effective communication can readily be maintained between student groups and University offices or others who wish to contact them. As in the past, only registered University students or members of the faculty or administrative staff may serve as principal representatives of recognized student organizations.

LOOK WHAT UNION BOARD IS DOING

Union Board will be getting off to a busy start this fall by distributing FREE Gift Pax's to all students during registration. The Pax's contain a variety of personal items and are packaged separately for men and women. Be sure all the students in your organization get their Gift Pax!

Set aside the evening of September 20th. From 8 p.m. to midnight in the Main Lounge, The International Soul Review will present a dance-concert cosponsored by the Afro-American Student Association and Union Board. Take advantage of this opportunity. The Review will be hitting the "big-time" this fall, including an appearance on the "Joey Bishop Show".

Your comments and ideas regarding Union Board programming are welcomed. Contact Dick Tyner, President, or any of the Directors. We hope to make 1969-70 the best year yet for the Board, and your help would be appreciated.
