HAIRY SUCCESS

Union Board has sold over 500 tickets for the Chicago performance of HAIR. In fact, the idea was such a great success that students are signing up on a waiting list hoping to pick up a cancellation ticket. This list has been growing so fast that Union Board might sponsor a second trip. If you are interested in a trip to HAIR stop at the Activities Center in the Iowa Memorial Union.

MIDDLE EAST CONFERENCE

The University of Iowa has announced a two-day public conference on "Middle East Problem in Perspective" for November 13-14 at the Iowa Memorial Union.
   Five speakers will discuss social, political and historical aspects of Middle Eastern problems, including the Arab-Israeli conflict and the region's economic underdevelopment. Several of the speakers are natives of the Middle East, and all have studied, taught, or worked for governments of that area.
   The conference is sponsored by the University of Iowa Division of Extension and University Services, in cooperation with the Center of International Studies. Tickets are $2.00 for adults and free for students.

CORRECTION

There is a correction to BULLETIN #4, page 3 concerning calendar requests from Student Activities Board:

a. The location of the Office of Space Assignment and Utilization is 102 Jessup Hall.
b. Scheduling for the Field House is done through the Intramurals Office in 110 Field House, not with the Assistant Director's Office.

Nomination papers for ODK DAD OF THE YEAR are available at the Activities Center, Iowa Memorial Union. Completed forms are due Sunday, November 9, at 6:00 P.M.
