Watch for them! "UP IN THE AIR JUNIOR BIRDMEN" Union Board is organizing a FLYING CLUB for students only!! The club will serve both learners and rated pilots. Watch for further details! "THE NEW WELFARE RIGHTS MOVEMENT?"..... ...will be at issue at 8:00 p.m., Sunday, November 23, in Center East, corner of Jefferson and Clinton. On hand to lead the discussion will be ADC Mother, Edith Pilkington, Daniel Bray, law student and organizer of the Scott County Welfare Rights organization, and others. This is the first in a series of Sunday evening at issue forums at Center East. Sunday, December 7 the topic will be:"The Migrant Worker and the Grape Boycott." All sessions are open to the general public. LISTEN TO WSUI Radio Station WSUI (910kc) broadcasts from 10:00 a.m. until midnight daily. An electronic extension of the University's resources, WSUI also utilizes program material of a cultural-educational mature from national and international sources. REMINDER: Students who wish to be considered for graduation January 2, 1970, must file applications for degree by 4:30 p.m. November 21 in the OFFICE OF THE REGISTRAR, JESSUP HALL A UNIVERSITY FIRST Members of the Center for the New Performing Arts established at the University of Iowa this fall will participate in "Discovery IX". This program is to be given by the University of Iowa Dance Theatre December 5 and 6 in Macbride Auditorium. The program is the first by the center!!!! NEWLY ORGANIZED SPORTS CLUBS..... ...are looking into various ways of obtaining money from either funds that are being allocated to sports clubs or through individual fund raising activities by each club. The next meeting of the Sports Clubs will be in the Hoover Room of the Iowa Memorial Union at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19.
