Student Activities Bulletin University of Iowa Office of Student Affairs PLEASE POST Vol. IV, No. 9 February 4, 1970 HUMAN RELATIONS PROGRAM SPRING SEMESTER SCHEDULE The Human Relations Program of the Iowa Program for Human Development is sponsoring several human relations laboratories during the spring semester. These laboratories are designed to focus on the growth of the individual in self-understanding and in increased effectiveness when relating to others, groups, and organizations; they are not directed to the correction of significant personal deficiencies. THe following is the schedule of the spring semester programs: (1) Off-campus laboratory to be held at Camp Wapsi-Y, Central City, Iowa, February 27-March 1, 1970. Participants will leave Iowa City at 8:30 a.m. Friday, February 27, and return in the evening of Sunday, March 1. A follow-up meeting will be held from 7:00-10:30 p.m. on Monday, March 9. Applications are due no later than Friday, February 13, at 5:00 p.m. Fee: $25.00 (2) Off-campus laboratory to be held at Camp Wapsi-Y, Central City, Iowa, March 20-22, 1970. Participants will leave Iowa City at 8:30 a.m. Friday, March 20, and return in the evening of Sunday, March 22. A follow-up meeting will be held from 7:00-10:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 1970. Applications are due no later t5han 5:00 p.m., Friday March 6. Fee: $25.00. (3) On-campus laboratory to be held once weekly throughout the spring semester in the Iowa Memorial Union. The lab will be held on Tuesday afternoons in the Wisconsin Room unless otherwise notified from 2:30-4:30 p.m., and will begin on February 10, 1970. Applications are due no later than Thursday, February 5, at 5:00 p.m. Fee: $15.00. (First-time participants only.) Any University of Iowa student, faculty, or staff member is eligible to attend laboratories sponsored by the Human Relations Program.
