The University of Iowa chapter of CIRUNA is devoted to "responsible participation in international relations activities" (the Iowa CIRUNA constitution). Membership is open to all University of Iowa students. The CIRUNA office in the Iowa Memorial Union's Student Activities Center is formally open weekdays from 12:30-1:30 and 3:30-4:30. February 27-28 Symposium: Global Pollution, Iowa City, Iowa. March 3-7 - CIRUNA Conference, "Campus, Corporation, Quality of Life," Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa. March 8 - CIRUNA Regional Student Leadership Institute on World Affairs, Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa. March 10 - Annual Meeting, The University of Iowa CIRUNA chapter, 8:00 p.m., Yale Room, Iowa Memorial Union (election of president). March 11 - Great Decisions "France: After the Gaulle, a New Deal for France's Allies?", 8:00 p.m., Northwestern Room, Iowa Memorial Union.
