A Statement Concerning the S.F. Checklist.

Progress during the year which has passed since the quotation from a#2 ('NFF Nov 45 P9) originally appeared: One list of fnz has been received (Francis T. Laney); accordingly, that portion of the project has been dropped (it was suggested merely to insure completeness any way). We have completed the master card-file, but it still contains many data known to be lacking. A list of such missing items has been compiled for completion by various notables and is now in the hands of Bob Tucker, who has already sent in his first installment of it. Credit for the concept of fnz which lasted less than one issue should go to Norm Stanley, who originated it and who was inadvertently uncredited.
