JOB DESCRIPTION FOR RESIDENT MANAGER -- CHICANO INDIAN AMERICAN CULTURAL CENTER Under the supervision of the Coordinator for Chicano-Indian American Programs, the Resident Manager will be responsible for the following: Overall operation of the CIACC Supervision and evaluation of CIACC administrative and office staff Maintenance and approval of CIACC administrative staff schedules and time records Security of CIACC records and files Supervision of maintenance and upkeep of CIACC Approval of all CIACC expenditure requests Scheduling and coordination of all CIACC functions Preparation of expenditure recommendations for total budget allocations for budge period, July 1-June 30 Preparation of monthly expenditure report for CIACC (data provided by SSS staff) Maintenance of opening and closing hours of CIACC Reporting to Campus Security and Mail Service hours of CIACC during vacation periods Supervision of periodic inventory of CIACC equipment and supplies SALARY: $3.00 per hour, 15 hours per week.
