DIRECTOR OF TEATRO ZAPATISTA'S JOB DESCRIPTION Duties The duties of the Director of Teatro Zapatista is as follows: (1) Make all decisions regarding the Teatro, with the consent of the majority of the members. (2) Devise schedules regarding the times and dates for practices and for performances, with the consent of the members and anyone else involved (i.e. Those making plans for performances at another place). (3) Make sure all materials are available for use in practices and performances (i.e., Props, Scripts, and Anything else that will be used). (4) Primarily in charge of handling correspondence written to or from the Teatro Zapatista. (5) Making sure the office and prop-room is clean and in order (The prop-room will be in conjunction with the Bailiadores Zapatista's Director). (6) Attend any meetings in which you will be representing the group. (i.e., All Union meetings, Staff Meetings, and any other meetings you are asked to attend representing the group). (6) Make sure that any money in which is requestioned by you out of your budget is written and recorded by the Secretary of the Union. (7) Keep track of all requisitions you have made. They are to be kept that way during the school year. IMPORATANT! Anyone taking charge of this office is to not do any action without first getting the feedback of members of the Teatro, limiting this of course to major decisions, then with this in mind, making a decision which will consider the majority of the members ideas.
