SUPERVISION RECEIVED: General supervision is received from the Director of Special Support Services and staff supervision from the Director of Student Activities. SUPERVISION EXERCISED: Functional and administrative supervision is exercised over graduate assistants and supportive clerical staff assigned to specific areas of responsibility. QUALIFICATIONS: A Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent combination of education and experience) in fine arts production or fine arts management if required. Master of Fine Arts degree is desirable. Undergraduate experience with student organizations and in leadership positions is desirable. PROCEDURE: Applicants are requested to submit: 1. a letter of application 2. a resume 3. a one-page statement on "The Importance of Minority and Cultural Programming for Economically and Educationally Disadvantaged Students" 4. names, addresses, and phone numbers of three references (please have letters of recommendation sent directly to the address below).
