QUALIFICATIONS

1. A Master's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is necessary.
2. Reasonable experience counseling or teaching minority and low-income students is necessary.
3. Experience working with Upward Bound Projects is desirable.
4. Experience in student counseling and guidance is desirable.
5. Previous teaching experience is desirable.
