They charge he used his hereditary power and authority to force his subjects to vote for him. Vanbve could not be reached for a rebuttal. The Eighth Division of the Solar Navy is now at Mars, "For official maneuvers and training,"says Secretary of Navy, Koln. Starnge to say, though, they're not only getting practice in maneuvers but are also having deadly skirmishes with the Tiger Men and pirates... Saturn has severed diplomatic relations with Mars and has warned her that any further remarks to the effect that Saturn is in league with the pirates will force Saturn to declare war on Mars... Analdo, Martian king, replied by calling all able-bodied men to service..."Any further activities against us," say the Jovian Satellites, to the m other planet, Jupiter,"Will result in War!"......... The astroids have proclaimed that they will side with the moons if war comes. With Uranus engaged in a Civil War, and Saturn on the verge of a War with mars, Jupiter would find herself in a most untenable position if her satellites were to declare war. It is extremely doubtful if Neptune and Pluto could come to her aid in time.---if at all, as they are seperated by vast gulfs of space. Besides, Jupiter is one big target; the Moons and astroids, many and small........ The Mercury-Venus-Earth traety is now in effect, and Analdo has indicated that Mars will enter the fold as soon as the present Tiger Man-Space Pirate crisis is over....... The Jovian Moons and the Astroids have made overtures preparatory to requesting admission, but there is much dessension in high circles as to whether or not this would only commit us to war. The present policy is to remain non-commital for a time and see how events shape up.. Latest reports from Uranus imply that the government forces of Vanbave have the upper hand on the insurgents under Talbve and Napht. Vanbve has seen fit to inform Grakj of Saturn that he will come to Saturn's aid in the near future if a Saturnian-Martian war breaks out... Akor, signing off. - - - - - - - Number 4. By a sudden stroke of strategy, King Analdo of Mars succeeded in allying Mars with the Jovian Moons and the Astroids in a war with Saturn, the Space Pirates, and the Tiger Men of Mras. There was a surpriing declaration of war, and before the enemy could do anything, thses combined forces wiped out the Space Pirates' stations on Mars, and Completely annihilated the Tiger Men.
