REORGANIZATION MEETING 16TH
COMPLETE STFILM PROGRAM TO BE GIVEN!

To all our friends in the QUEENS SCIENCE FICTION LEAGUE, my wife and I send our heartiest greetings. I wish to apologize for the long delay in sending out this long-awaited Bulletin , but overtime work and FANTASY NEWS kept me so busy that tonight is the first time I have had a chance to get to work on it.

The reason that neither Hyman Tiger nor Scott Feldman are working on this paper is because they recently me a letter stating that they had resigned from the club. They may have sent me this letter because I happen to be editor of FN, but I am taking this opportunity of letting our fellow members know this fact. They also stated that they will turn over the treasury to the next succeeding Treasurer only if a quorum of members on Scott's list is present at our next meeting to take place on February 16th. I wrote to Scott requesting him to send me his list of members, but also this was a week or more ago, I have not yet heard from him. However, luckily our former Secretary, Mario Racic, Jr. had a incomplete list which I am using to mail out this bulletin. So, if you members are interested in recovering your membership dues to the Queens SFL, please done fail to come to this meeting.

MEETING TO BE HELD AT 31-51 41st Street, LONG ISLAND CITY, NEW YORK

I have been fortunate to be able to arrange for the use of my mother's hourse to hold our reorganization meeting. This will save the club quite a sum of money in room rent since the treasury has gotten alarmingly low in the past few months. I tried to get a room at Bagley's Restaurant where we held our Social, but the proprietor wanted to charge us $5.00 for one night, this to include refreshments, for which we were to pay "$2.50, and the remainder for the room. Just for this one meeting, therefore, since the matter seems to have been left up to me by Mr. Feldman, I am taking the liberty of calling the meeting at my former address.

IT'S JUST AS EASY TO REACH AS BEFORE

Members using the IRT or BMT will have nine short blocks to walk from the Broadway, ASTORIA stntion, while members coming via Eightth Ave Independent lines will only have a two block walk.

THE TIME IS 3:00 PM SHARP.

Because of the number of things which must be accomplished and because of the extreme interest of this meeting, PLEASE BE PROMPT so that we can get our business over with and have an entertaining program too.

THE ORDERS OF THE DAY

With the permission of the members, I shall be honored to act as temperary chairman until a permanent official is elected. I shall attempt to give a report of our last meeting, and will accept additions and corrections so that they may be incorporated into our minutes. The next order will be the treasury report, and we hope we will be able to call on Mr. Feldman for that.
