Science Fiction Collector- Page Twenty One GOLDEN ATOM "A [Kodax?) [illegible] Publication" The issue is dated N [illegible] this is Volume One, Number [illegible] mimeographed, large-sized pages this issue. The magazine costs ten cents ...... The cover on the usual goldenrod paper is drawn this issue by Charles Hickox, a professional artist...... "A Message From the Editor" is again written by Bernard A. Seufert, but he, Seufert, explains that with the next issue Ibfarsaol takes over full reins of editorship....... Forrie the Akerman contributes an interesting account of some of his adventures in New York, 'Adventures of 4sj in Nuyok.'..... "A [Geological?] Nightmare" (anonymous) a poem is in this issues...... "Prophecies in the Pot" is contributes by Walter Fleming...... I Yama Martian has a short "On the Martian Invasion."...... Larry Parasol is present this issue with Part Two of his "Golden Atom Tales...... "Dread Visitor" by Henry Hasss is an interesting midget ale of the "hereafter" with an amusing ending ...... The readers' department, "Our Readers Report" is of admirable length- three and a half pages. .... "The Swap Column" contains the usual stuff, plus a few reprimands at Sam [Maskowitz?]. This issue for interstate's is an improvement over the first issue, in our humble opinion, although it doesn't have as many pages as the first issue.
