back. Now I know why. I guess that brings things up to date. Monday we go out for a weeks bivouac. I guess we get in next Fri night. I don't know what we will be doing out there, but we won't be sleeping. I'll probably get your pictures while I'm out there but I think I can get them in without ruining them. I sent the clipping of Rose on to Ken. I knew who [Lind?] was and thats about all. These buddies I talk about are the ones in my platoon. However the kids from Iowa are still here, but I don't see them much. No mom, I didn't remember about getting water in my ear. I don't doubt but what thats what caused it though. I have a fine head cold now from this climate. I can't figure out how I got it but it does get pretty drafty at night. Sounds like you gave the shack quite a cleaning. I don't doubt but what it needed it.
