group hit trouble we had to change things around. Thats why the change in destination. I got quite a kick out of that clipping. While I was reading the part stating that the Germans never fired at us there were several shells went sailing by. Someone is firing the wrong direction if those weren't German shells. This is much better than alot of places over here. If you are careful things aren't too bad, but accidents do happen even then. It has and will again, but the odds are in our favor. We might have been where things were alot different if it weren't for fellows like Chuck. Dad, I'd like very much to send something to V.W's but I don't know when I'll ever get the chance. I've only had the one pass and I don't know when I'll get another. I'll try and see what I can do. Haven't got much time left.
