Oct 15, 1945 Vienna, Austria My Dearest Evelyn, Hiya darling! Its been sometime hasn't it honey? I've finally gotten a new address so I'm going to get it to you as fast as I can. Before I go any farther honey I'm going to say that I love you very, very much. Even though I wasn't writing, you were always on my mind. Now to get caught up with the happenings of the past week. That last day before leaving I didn't get any mail. That makes twelve days now that I haven't heard from you darling. The worst of it is that it will probably be several more days before my mail catchs up with me. How I miss your letters.
