All the fellows are getting ready to go to town. Should be pretty quiet in her before long. They are making plenty of noise now. I caught a fine cold riding in those boxcars. My head feels almost like a ballon. Things don't looks so good as far as getting home is concerned. They are falling very short of the quota now. Maybe it will pick up again. Honey, I keep wondering if you went home the first of the month and announced our engagement. He I am maybe engaged and don't know it. Thats crazy isn't it darling? I hope I am though whether I know it or not. I love you so much.
