In Ken letter, he thought he'd be leaving the States very soon. I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't gone by now. Really rough on him leaving his family now. Guess alot of others are in the same boat though. Ken and Mom devoted half their letters trying to keep my spirits up. I guess I must have been pretty blue when I wrote them last. Its just cuz I love you so very much Evelyn. I want to get home to you so very much that every little thing that delays it becomes an enemy. Just thinking about being away from you gives me the blues.
