rest when you get to Richland. If it isn't picnics it's gossip parties. Can't say that I blame you. Honey, we are all waiting for the big news as to whether the war is over or not. I suppose people all over the world are doing the same thing. I can't help, but think they will quit. Darling, things are certainly looking up for us even though it might be some time yet before I get home. At least I'll get there in one peice. Sure glad you saw the folks honey. I wish they had known about us then so they could have talked to you about it. Its hard to say the things you want to say to them by letters. I know they will be happy as heck when they do know. That will be soon, if they get my last letter. My ankle is still swollen some
