Evelyn as you can see by what Dad said. Dog-gone honey, I'm just tickled pink. If I could only get out of this darned army now. I didn't say you would make an announcement honey even if they did think it was ok. That will be up to you. You know how I feel honey. I love you so darned much Evelyn and when I see how swell things are working out, I just about go crazy. I haven't said anything to Rose, have you. I owe her a letter so I'll probably mention it then. Darling, talking like this and making plans makes me happy as heck. Honey, have you ever talked to your folks about us? You've never mentioned it in your letters. I was just wondering what they thought. Had another letter from you this A.M.
