darned proud and happy honey. I'm the happiest guy in the world. Honey, you mean so very much to me. I went and sprained my ankle again. I jumped off a truck this time. That darned ankle has been turned so many times lately that it is like rubber. It's windy as heck again today. The darned tent keeps trying to fly away. Just had to chase a part of this letter about a hundred yards down the row of tents after the wind caught it. Guess that one was really air mail. It might have gotten there faster than by boat at that. Got a mattress for my bed this morning. Some Air Corps guys had had some and they were leaving so they gave them to the fellows in my tent.
