Lucky for me that I had protection along though. I guess the boat trip came about next and there I was stepping off onto French soil. We were loaded into box cars and away we went. Some way to travel isn't it? Boy was it cold. After so much traveling we got to where we were going (you guess where, I can't tell). Since then an awful lot has happened that I can't tell you about. After they get through cutting out what they want to there really isn't much to write about. Just have to leave it up to peoples imaginations I guess. Right now I'm sitting in front of an old fire place and the heat really feels good. Its in an old abandoned french farm house. It really sounds
