Wm Beaumont Sr(?) January 16, 1944(?) Sunday evening Dear friend: I just received your nice letter, yesterday. I will answer it now. I am come along just fine here in El Paso General Hospital. I hope you folks are in good (?). Well I just don't have time to drop you a long letter but I am answer it in a short letter at this time. I am in bed now yet, but I'll do better next time when I answer the letter your wrote.
